As an instructional designer and project manager, I’ve had the opportunity to work on a variety of instructional projects. Below are some samples of my work.
SACSCOC Evaluator Training
Overview: The SACSCOC Evaluator Training modules are online training for evaluators who work with SACSCOC. This project was developed using Flash, Captivate and Final Cut Pro. I served as the project manager and led a team including myself and two instructional designers. I am also the onscreen narrator for this project.
ICPI Cityscape and ICPI Environment Animation
Overview: This project was developed for the College of Environment and Design at UGA. These modules are a portion of a larger project that is intended to link academic learning with post academic practice related to the design and use of segmental concrete pavements. It was developed in Flash. I was the project manager and led a team of two instructional designers to complete this project.
2012 Orientation Modules (University Housing)
Overview: These modules were developed for the Office of Admissions in Articulate. We created a custom template for the modules, created the presentations, and created an eLC course for the modules to be delivered to students at UGA orientation sessions in 2012. Around 7000 students will use the modules during their orientation.
Law and Government Education Modules
Overview: Instructional modules, delivered online and via CD, that were developed for use in community training courses. We developed the online modules and all associated print materials for the CDs. I also provided narration for the English modules.
Overview: This was a large website redesign, moving from static HTML pages to a Drupal backend. We designed and developed the Drupal theme and also created custom styles for pages that have to exist outside of the Drupal framework.
Overview: The Caselets project is a professional development tool for K – 12 educators and focuses on teaching dilemmas that occur in the lab. This project was designed and developed for WordPress.
